Important Notice – Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Update – Effective from Wednesday 20th May 2020

In light of the ongoing situation around Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wish to advise members of some changes we have made to our operations for the protection of our members, staff, families and the community.

Essential Counter Services Only

If you haven’t already done so, please register for our CU Online service.  You can do this by clicking on this link. Register for CU Online

Until further notice, we will be limiting counter services to the following essentials:

  • Lodgments
  • Withdrawals
  • Loan Drawdowns

All other enquiries or requests, including loan applications, can be done in the following way:

  1. You may speak to a member of staff by contacting us on 042-9741789
  2. You can make a lodgment or loan repayment by debit card by contacting us on 042-9741789
  3. You can submit a query by email to
  4. You can log into CU Online to check balances, print statements and make electronic transfers

If we have asked you to provide us with supporting documentation, these can be emailed, posted, uploaded through CU Online or dropped into our letter box.

If you are registered for CU Online, please make sure that you able to log in and contact us if you are not.

If you must call into the office, we politely ask that you adhere to best practices in relation to hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.  Hand sanitiser dispensers have been placed at each Teller point for members’ use.  To minimise your waiting time, please telephone the office in advance so we can prepare necessary paperwork if possible.

Change of Opening Hours

In line with the Government’s Roadmap to Reopening, we have extended our office opening hours for essential transaction.  These are posted here Revised Opening Hours

Financial Difficulties

If you have been financially affected by Covid-19 and have concerns about meeting your loan repayments, we strongly urge you to contact the Credit Union.  We are committed to helping our members through this difficult time.

If you have been temporarily laid off, placed on short-time working or in self-isolation and wish to apply for a revised repayment schedule, please complete our online form and a member of staff will be in contact with you very shortly.
